I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from Porta Nuova station and downtown attractions. However, the experience was marred by poor facilities and a noisy environment with trams passing by all night. The staff were friendly, but operational hours were a concern, especially when the front desk closed early.

However, the noise from the street made it hard to relax at times.
